Naomi Johnson is a strategic consultant and leading advocate for neuroinclusion and disability inclusion, recognized among the UK’s Top 80 Neurodiversity Evangelists. With over two decades of experience across sectors including retail, legal, and banking, she previously worked on disability inclusion strategies as Amazon WorldWide Stores Disability Inclusion Leader and Co-Director of Neurodiversity for their ERG. Diagnosed as autistic at 37, ADHD at 41, her personal insights enhance her role as a powerful speaker and consultant, promoting inclusive practices within organizations worldwide. Championing the social model of disability, Naomi’s initiatives have led to more inclusive hiring and improved workplace accommodations, aiming to create equitable environments for all.
