Since taking his first job right out of college and moving his life to Shanghai, China, Cordero has been on a mission to create a more inclusive world. As a first generation graduate from his beloved HBCU, West Virginia State University, legacy has always been a part of his DNA. He’s earned a BS in Communication with emphasis in International Studies, including certifications in Workplace Diversity & Inclusion, International Career Coaching, TEFL, Program Management, and AI for HR. He’s impacted more than 100,000+ employees through innovative DEIB solutions; increasing Black, Latinx, Indigenous, Generational, LGBTQ+, Veterans, Disabled, and Women hiring & retention across multiple continents.
