Leading The Frontline

Leading The Frontline

Frontline leaders typically make up 50-60% of an organization’s managerial ranks and directly supervise up to 80% of the workforce.  Their influence on business results is exponential as they translate strategy to execution.  This requires leaders to effectively communicate their vision, build trust and engage their teams. It is essential that these leaders are equipped to both manage and lead their teams.

Leading the Frontline consists of a series of programs geared towards new and early-stage leaders.

Leading@ [Your Organization]

This program serves as a catalyst for growth by providing essential foundational learning. It sets the stage for frontline leaders to embark on a transformative journey of self-discovery and skill development. Through engaging and thought-provoking content, leaders gain the knowledge and insights needed to navigate the complexities of their roles.

A full day Instructor-Led-Training (ILT) that marries the current and future organizational direction and values with the role of the individual leader.  It sets the stage for leaders to understand what is necessary to create a culture of belonging and to gain a better understanding of how their style impacts their ability to lead.

  • Content is designed to be relevant for experienced managers who are new to the organization, first-time managers and individuals identified as emerging leaders.
  • Full Day Instructor-Led-Training (ILT) in-person classroom recommended.
  • Recommended as a prerequisite for new managers attending the Leading Fundamentals Series modules.
