For twenty years Craig Served as the Director and the Diversity Strategist, at the University of Houston’s – International Institute for Diversity & Cross-Cultural Management located in the C.T. Bauer College of Business. He also founded the Equitable Workplace Institute and is responsible for developing, training, and implementing strategic solutions helping organizations create equitable workplaces. His approach includes integrating inclusive strategies to develop, hire, retain, recruit, promote, on-board, create inclusive succession plans, conduct talent and organizational culture assessment, and establish inclusive talent management practices. Carrie has over 14 years of accounting experience. She handles Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables, Human Resources, Customer Fulfillment, Scheduling, and logistics. Before joining PRISM International, she was employed in the Real Estate Industry as Accounting Manager where she was responsible for all areas related to financial reporting while maintaining accounting principles practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
Linda has more than 25 years of experience in Marketing Communications and Graphic Design. She has been with Prism, International for more than 2 years as a Graphic Specialist and will continue in that capacity as Prism joins Talent-Dimensions.

Barry has been the CFO for CSI since its inception, and is acting in that capacity for Talent Dimensions currently. Prior to that, he was a bona fide rocket scientist engaged in communications research at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. During his communications career, he co-authored a ground-setting book in his field entitled ‘Spread Spectrum Communications’, and he published and presented over 40 technical papers based on his research.
