Organizations that embrace a growth mindset culture see employees 47% likelier to say that their colleagues are trustworthy, 34% likelier to feel a strong sense of ownership and commitment to the company, 65% likelier to say that the company supports risk taking and 49% likelier to say that the company fosters innovation. (HBR) Microsoft adopted a growth mindset culture in 2016 and has performed at an astonishing growth rate of over 130% through 2022 versus the prior eight-year growth of 41%.

The exponential rate of change that organizations experience requires their talent to be agile, curious, committed to learning and maintain the belief that they can grow to meet current and future challenges.  It is that belief or growth mindset that drives the levels of individual dedication and commitment necessary for continuous learning and growth.

The Talent Dimensions Growth Mindset program introduces the concept through practical, relatable examples. The experience offers participants the opportunity to explore ways to discover the learning hidden inside daily tasks and assignments. Whether focused on current job responsibilities or achieving future aspirational objectives, individuals who apply a growth mindset can increase the potential for success, open the door to possibilities, and deepen the meaning behind their work.

This 90-minute interactive experience can be adapted to meet the needs of individual contributors, leaders and managers of others, and cohort teams. The program is available as classroom or virtual delivery.
