2020 ERG & Council Conference
Unleash Limitless Potential
September 23-25, 2020
Gaylord Palms Resort & Convention Center, Orlando, FL
The Only Diversity & Inclusion Conference Designed Specifically for
Employee Resource Groups & Diversity Councils.
Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), Diversity Councils, Networking and Affinity Groups are effective resources for improving organizational results. But to increase their impact and effectiveness, they need expanded opportunities to improve and grow by learning and sharing best practices, gaining important insights to increase their knowledge and skills, to be inspired and recharged and to be recognized and rewarded for their contributions and results.
That’s the purpose of the annual ERG & Council Conference and ERG & Council Honors Award™. The two-day agenda consists of four workshops, eight repeating concurrent sessions, two keynote assembly sessions, two networking receptions, and the eleventh annual Honors Award ceremony. There are many opportunities for Group members to learn and share best practices, network, grow and celebrate…all for the purpose of increasing their impact on key organizational and business objectives.

A feature of the Conference is the ERG & Council Honors Award™. In its tenth year, it’s the premier annual national award that recognizes, honors and celebrates the outstanding contributions and achievements of Employee Resource Groups and Diversity Councils. These groups lead the diversity and inclusion process within their organizations and demonstrate results in their workforce, workplace, and marketplace. Applicants complete an online application that opens in March. The TOP 25 recipients are honored and awarded and their rankings revealed at the annual ERG & Council Honors Award™ ceremony during the ERG & Council Conference.
The Conference was created by PRISM International, Inc. and its practice group the Association of ERGs & Councils. PRISM is a WBENC-certified, full-service provider of innovative and proven consulting, training and products for leveraging diversity and inclusion, addressing unconscious bias, increasing cross-cultural competencies and creating more effective ERGs and Diversity Councils. The Association of ERGs & Councils is the premier resource for transforming Employee Resource Groups, Diversity Councils & Employee Network Groups to impact key organizational and business objectives.
Sponsorship opportunities for the Conference are available. Sponsorship provides a great means of broadening a competitive edge by improving the organization’s image, prestige, and credibility. It helps the organization in recruiting and in retaining desirable talent. It creates goodwill for its customers and the communities it serves. And it demonstrates leadership to its industry, to its competitors, to its markets, to its ERGs and Diversity Councils and to all its employees.
