Employee Resource Groups (ERG’s), Diversity Councils, Networking and Affinity Groups are effective resources for improving organizational results. But to increase their impact and effectiveness, they need expanded opportunities to improve and grow by learning and sharing best practices, gaining important insights to increase their knowledge and skills, to be inspired and recharged and to be recognized and rewarded for their contributions and results.
That’s the purpose of the annual ERG & Council Conference and ERG & Council Honors Award™. The two-day agenda consists of four workshops, eight repeating concurrent sessions, two keynote assembly sessions, two networking receptions and the tenth annual ERG & Council Honors Award ceremony. There are many opportunities for group members to learn and share best practices, network, grow and celebrate…all for the purpose of increasing their impact on key organizational and business objectives.
