As Director for Organizational Analytics for Talent Dimensions, Mike oversees the design, development, deployment, and analysis of a variety of surveys for clients. His analysis and reporting of the resulting data is instrumental in answering key questions that inform effective and actionable solutions. Through a career in senior positions at Colgate Palmolive, the Clinton Foundation, Procter & Gamble, Digital Equipment Corporation, and the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel Authority, Philip understands the critical importance of workplace efficiency and satisfaction in executing a company’s strategic goals. He has implemented organizational plans in over 60 countries around the world living abroad in Paris and working in Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, Eastern Europe and Russia. Philip holds an MBA from Xavier University, a master’s degree in social work from Columbia University, a bachelor’s degree from Queens College, and an associate degree from Manhattan Community College. Kelly Thayer has extensive global experience consulting and facilitating programs on inclusion and diversity, unconscious bias, harassment and discrimination prevention, cultural dexterity and human resources.
As a senior consultant and facilitator for Talent Dimensions, Kelly has led training workshops and events for an array of professional business clients. In addition, she has developed and delivered programs designed to instill culture changes within organizations by modifying behavioral tendencies within individuals and organizations. She has conducted numerous train-the-trainer workshops and focus groups. Kelly is committed to assisting organizations be the Employer of Choice by promoting practices that demonstrate employees are valued and respected.
Michelle has over 17 years of experience in the deployment, logistics and accounting capacities of the company. She consistently utilizes her attention to detail and her sharp customer service skills to accommodate client requests and ensure satisfaction and these skills also support her role in managing the master training schedule and facilitation logistics. Additionally, she handles Account Receivable & Accounts Payable transactions, and processes all product orders from packing slips to invoicing. Prior to Talent Dimensions, Michelle was employed in the banking industry where. as Branch Manager. she was responsible for all branch functions and staff.
Carrie has over 14 years of accounting experience. She handles Accounts Payables & Accounts Receivables, Human Resources, Customer Fulfillment, Scheduling, and logistics. Before joining Talent Dimensions, she was employed in the Real Estate Industry as Accounting Manager where she was responsible for all areas related to financial reporting while maintaining accounting principles practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements.
Keith is a Senior Facilitator specializing in diversity and inclusion, harassment and discrimination, cross-cultural communication, implicit bias, equal opportunity and workplace incivility.
With over 20 years of experience, Keith is committed to diversity and inclusion especially centering on the principles of dignity and respect. As such he has spent the last 15 years assisting organizations through climate analysis, employee development and organizational cultural change.
Shelbie joined the Talent Dimensions team in January of 2021 as Regional Vice President, Enterprise Solutions. Shelbie’s background includes educational development, recruiting and sales. She brings her passion for learning and behavior change to her work with clients designing solutions and identifying opportunities that position individuals to reach their potential and organizations to achieve their goals. Miguel has twenty-two years of successful experience consulting, teaching, facilitating, mentoring and coaching. He has managed large international, national, state and private sector contracts and projects and has extensive experience with culture, race and gender relations, workplace diversity, leadership development, cultural audits and workforce development.
Recognized across the US and internationally for his extensive work in the field of cultural agility and cultural humility, Miguel has been a featured speaker at many local, state, national and international conferences. He has conducted approximately 3,500 training sessions for more than 800,000 persons in multinational corporations, government agencies and non-profit organizations. Miguel is equally comfortable working with executive teams, individual business owners, senior management and first line staff.
Dr. Hodo earned her Ph.D. from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Urban Studies, with a minor in Sociology in which she specializations in Race, Class, Gender and Ethnicity.
She has worked in academia for over fifteen years in a variety of positions, to include faculty and university administrator. Her most recent Administrative role was as the Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion for a law school where she was responsible for policy development and overall institutional compliance for students, faculty and staff related to discrimination and harassment, including violations of the non-discrimination policy and the sexual misconduct policy. Dr. Hodo completed a Visiting Assistant Sociology Professor at the University of North Florida (UNF), where she taught courses on Racial and Ethnic Minorities, Introduction to Sociology, Urban Sociology and Sociological Theory.
A consultant, trainer, and facilitator, Mark Metoyer conducts training courses and workshops for corporations, government agencies, associations and universities. Mark has led numerous complex development programs within the Federal arena. These include emerging leaders, mid-level managers and senior executive leadership development curricula for the USDA, GSA, the Department of the Interior and Health and Human Services that incorporated Project Action Teams, various assessment tools, classroom and web-based instruction, cross cultural communication skill building, conflict management techniques and teambuilding.

He is recognized as a leading resource in the field of leveraging diversity and professional development. For more than 10 years he has assisted major companies, non-profit organizations and government and academic institutions with innovative strategies to transform relationships to high-performance results. Darrell has facilitated diversity, empowerment and work-life balance training courses to all levels of organizations across many industries. He has also motivated audiences through keynote speeches, leadership seminars and individual coaching.
Robin Roberts holds a full-time faculty position at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) Worldwide, On-line Campus, College of Business; Department of Organizational Leadership (now the Department of Leadership and Management). In her role, she facilitates graduate and undergraduate courses in leadership, organizational development, management, human resources, diversity and inclusion, complexity and change management and culture. Her research focus and expertise is based on how humans transfer and ignite human energy, performance and motivation. Her favorite quote by President Abraham Lincoln is, “the best way to predict the future is to create it.” This quote fits her research focus and passion – helping people to create their preferred futures and their resiliency to thrive.
Nancy J. Lewis is a leading motivational and inspirational speaker, trainer, author and registered corporate coach. She has extensive experience in coaching and training senior level executives and their teams for industries including utilities, hospitality, Fortune 100 & Fortune 500 organizations and government agencies. Nancy has facilitated executive coaching, diversity and inclusion, generational diversity, leadership, customer service training and initiatives for entry level to senior level executives helping them transform their organizations.

For twenty years Craig Served as the Director and the Diversity Strategist, at the University of Houston’s – International Institute for Diversity & Cross-Cultural Management located in the C.T. Bauer College of Business. He also founded the Equitable Workplace Institute and is responsible for developing, training, and implementing strategic solutions helping organizations create equitable workplaces. His approach includes integrating inclusive strategies to develop, hire, retain, recruit, promote, on-board, create inclusive succession plans, conduct talent and organizational culture assessment, and establish inclusive talent management practices. A seasoned keynote speaker, Craig also developed the diversity profit equation and the diversity earnings per share factor. His outreach includes many of the Global 500 and has travelled to over a dozen countries. He has been interviewed on radio and TV affiliates of NBC, ABC, CBS, Fox, and PBS. He filmed a half hour special on PBS on workplace bullying and has an upcoming book called: “Being Tolerant Is For Cowards.”

CIO Ancella Livers is a skilled diversity and leadership development professional. She is the co-author of the book, Leading in Black and White and the HBR classic “Dear White Boss.” She has also written numerous articles, chapters, and reports on equity, diversity, and inclusion. Barry has been the CFO for CSI since its inception, and is acting in that capacity for Talent Dimensions currently. Prior to that, he was a bona fide rocket scientist engaged in communications research at the Jet Propulsion Laboratory. During his communications career, he co-authored a ground-setting book in his field entitled ‘Spread Spectrum Communications’, and he published and presented over 40 technical papers based on his research.
