Michael has over 30 years of DEI leadership experience in major organizations, including the State of New York Metropolitan Transportation Authority, City University of New York, American Airlines, Citi and American Express where he led the teams responsible for design, development, and implementation of comprehensive, enterprise-wide organizational efforts in diversity and inclusion for employees, customers, and suppliers.
Michael provides strategic advice and counsel, training design and delivery, and improvement plans with a primary focus on achieving results through people. He has demonstrated skill in the application of industry best practices through organizational assessment, strategic design, change management, leadership development, workshop design/delivery, and systems integration for recognition and sustainable improvement.
Michael holds a graduate degree in business administration (MBA), and enjoys travel, music, and family time.
