ABOUT US/HISTORY
Founders Cile Johnson and Lynn Cowart established Talent Dimensions in 2018. Recognizing the potential and synergy of combining decades of experience in career development and employee engagement with over 40 years of work in the field of diversity, equity and inclusion, they acquired Career Systems International and, shortly after, brought PRISM International into the organization.
Answering the question of “What’s next?” by leveraging content from award-winning programs and solutions, Talent Dimensions focuses on maximizing the intersection of engagement and inclusion.
That intersection is where belonging – specifically Belonging by Design – happens!
